Successful Volunteering Day in San Diego!
A quick update that we finally got to do some productive volunteering. We dropped in on the San Diego chapter of the CA Rare Fruit Growers this week to help move 300 donated fruit trees! They will be planted at local community and school gardens.
In return, we got all the citrus we could carry. Yesss.

What a grand idea to donate fruit trees! Next time I have some extra money I will do exactly that. Good job you guys! At least you don't have to worry about scurvy for a while :-)
